On June 23 the Friends are holding a
Hats, Handbags & History fundraiser!

 

Join us for a fun afternoon in the Special Events Room at the museum, 2-4 p.m. on June 23 (Saturday). Admission is free!

  • Bid on your favorite handbag in our silent auction and raise much needed funds for the Nevada State Museum, Las Vegas (NSMLV)
  • View never seen before hat and handbags from the NSMLV collection
  • Learn about the history of hats and handbags across the centuries with a presentation from Karan Feder, guest curator of costume and textiles, NSMLV

 

We have enough purses! Thank you to all donors!

Prize for attendee wearing the best hat, tiara or fascinator!
